I had a great stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had all the amenities for a comfortable stay. The service was efficient and caring, although the late checkout offer was a bit off. The location was perfect, close to the Metro station and the weekend market. The dining experience was mediocre but nice overall. The facilities were satisfactory.

Staying at this property was truly worthwhile. The rooms, serviced every day by wonderful and kind housekeeping, are very spacious with a nice city view. Having a kitchenette, fridge, and washer/dryer at my disposal was a real plus, albeit a little pricey. The service, though efficient and caring, had a few hiccups with late checkout confusion and a reluctance to provide opened snacks. The location, though perfect for access to the tube, posed some challenges for taxi drivers and came at a high cost. The dining experience could have been better with a wider selection, but the facilities were satisfactory.

I stayed at the 6th floor, which is partly above condominiums. The rooms had all the facilities needed for a super comfortable stay with a huge fridge, freezer, washing machine, and microwave. While the service offered a late checkout option, it didn’t match my flight schedule. The location is great, very close to the MRT in a quiet area, but taxi drivers had trouble finding it. The dining experience was monotonous and overpriced. Overall, a comfortable stay but with some service issues.
